Scripture for This Morning

Luke 16:10 (NLT):
“If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones.”
Devotional Thought
Tuesday presses routine. The excitement of a new week has settled, and the weight of responsibility feels familiar.
God often shapes a man most in ordinary obedience. Faithfulness is proven in small decisions, quiet discipline, and unseen integrity. It is choosing what honors God when ease would be more comfortable.
A man who chooses faithfulness understands that God is watching, even when others are not. Small obedience today prepares the heart for greater trust tomorrow.
Walk steadily. God is at work in what seems small.
Questions to Consider
- What “small” responsibilities require faithfulness today?
- Where am I tempted to choose convenience over obedience?
- How can I honor God through consistency rather than intensity?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me walk faithfully today in both small and visible responsibilities. Guard my heart from cutting corners and strengthen me to honor You in all I do. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Encouragement for This Morning
God values steady obedience. Your faithfulness today is shaping who you are becoming.
