Devotional Thought
Sunday morning is not a pause from life. It is a reordering of life.
God calls men to come ready. Ready to listen. Ready to repent. Ready to rejoice. Ready to obey.
Worship is not consumption. It is submission. A man who comes ready understands that God is worthy of his attention, humility, and response.
This morning, you do not come to be entertained. You come to bow your heart before the Lord your Maker. You come to lead by example, showing your family that God is first, not optional.
Questions to Consider
- Have I prepared my heart to worship, or am I arriving distracted?
- What posture am I modeling for my family today?
- How can I respond obediently to what God reveals through His Word?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, I come before You with reverence and gratitude. Prepare my heart to worship You rightly. Help me listen attentively, respond humbly, and honor You with my whole life today. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Encouragement for This Morning
God meets those who come seeking Him. As you worship today, He will strengthen your faith and steady your heart.
