Scripture for Today
Psalm 24:3–4 (NIV):

Psalm 24:4 (NLT):
“Only those whose hands and hearts are pure.”
Devotional Thought
Sunday is not about showing up polished. It is about showing up honest.
God is not impressed by performance. He desires purity. Clean hands and a pure heart.
Clean hands speak to what you have been doing. A pure heart speaks to what you have been wanting. Both matter.
This morning, come to God without pretending. If you need to confess, confess. If you need forgiveness, receive it. If you are weary, bring it. If you are grateful, express it.
A man grows when he stops hiding and starts worshiping with truth.
Ask yourself today. What do I need to confess before I worship? Where has my heart been divided this week? What would it look like to seek God with a whole heart today?
God welcomes honest men and cleanses those who come to Him.
Questions to Consider
- What do I need to confess before I worship?
- Where has my heart been divided this week?
- What would it look like to seek God with a whole heart today?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, I come to You with honesty today. Cleanse my hands and purify my heart. Forgive me where I have sinned in thought, attitude, or action. Renew my desire for holiness and help me worship with sincerity and reverence. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Encouragement for Today
You do not clean yourself up to come to God. In Christ, you are already invited, already forgiven, and already secure.
