Scripture for This Morning
Galatians 6:9 (NIV):
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Galatians 6:9 (NLT):
“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”
Devotional Thought
Tuesday tests resolve. The week is underway, but the finish feels distant. This is where perseverance is formed.
God calls men to steady faithfulness, not bursts of effort. Endurance grows when you continue doing good without applause or quick results. Obedience today matters, even when progress feels slow.
Do not measure faithfulness by how you feel. Measure it by whether you continue to walk in obedience.
Stay the course. God’s timing is sure.
Questions to Consider
- Where am I tempted to grow weary or disengage this week?
- What good work has God already placed in my hands today?
- How can I choose perseverance over discouragement right now?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, strengthen my heart for today. Help me endure without losing hope and remain faithful in the work You have given me. Guard me from discouragement and teach me to trust Your timing. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Encouragement for This Morning
God is at work even when you cannot see it. Keep walking in obedience. Your labor in the Lord is not wasted.
