Devotional Thought
Midweek brings subtle drift. Fatigue softens resolve. Compromise becomes easier.
Scripture calls for vigilance. To “stand firm” means refusing to move from what you know to be true. Faith is not passive. It requires watchfulness and courage.
A man who stands firm does not bend under pressure. He guards his convictions. He holds steady when opinions shift or tension rises.
Strength is not aggression. It is stability rooted in truth.
Questions to Consider
- Where am I feeling pressure to compromise?
- Am I guarding my convictions or adjusting them for comfort?
- What truth must I stand firm on today?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, make me alert and steady today. Strengthen my convictions and guard me from compromise. Help me stand firm in faith with courage and clarity. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Encouragement for This Morning
God strengthens the man who refuses to drift. Stand firm, and He will steady your footing.
