“If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.”
Devotional Thought
Thursday brings accumulation. Conversations stack up. Choices layer over one another.
Scripture calls you to walk in the light. Not partially. Not selectively. Fully.
To walk in the light is to live openly before God. No hidden motives. No quiet compromises. No divided loyalties.
This is not about perfection. It is about transparency. Christ’s blood purifies those who walk openly with Him.
Today, choose clarity over concealment.
Questions to Consider
- Is there anything I am keeping in the shadows?
- Are my motives aligned with what I would openly confess?
- What would walking fully in the light look like today?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me walk in the light today. Guard me from hidden compromise and divided motives. Thank You for the cleansing grace of Christ that makes open obedience possible. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Encouragement for This Morning
You are not sustained by secrecy. You are strengthened by walking openly in Christ’s light.
