Leadership at Springfield Baptist Church

At Springfield Baptist Church, we believe that leadership is synonymous with service. Under the headship of Jesus Christ, our leadership team—comprising our Pastoral Family, Deacons, and Trustees—works in unity to shepherd the flock, maintain the sanctuary, and engage our community with the Gospel.

Pastoral Leadership: Biblical Guidance
Led by Pastor Aamir Din, our pastoral ministry is the heart of our spiritual oversight. We are committed to the Spirit-led preaching of the Word and the intentional discipleship of every believer. The Diaconate: Servant Care
Our deacons are the hands and feet of the church. They focus on the relational health and physical needs of the congregation, ensuring that unity is preserved and no member walks alone. Trustees: Dedicated Stewardship
Our trustees serve as the guardians of our church’s resources. They oversee our facilities and legal interests, ensuring that our "home base" for ministry is safe, efficient, and honoring to God.

Springfield Baptist Church has stood as a beacon of truth for over 200 years. We recognize that our current ministry stands on the shoulders of those who faithfully preached the Word and shepherded this congregation before us.
