From the quiet Christian community in Pakistan to the vibrant congregation at Springfield Baptist Church, Pastor Aamir Din's journey has been one of faith, perseverance, and divine calling. Embracing Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at a young age, Pastor Din has dedicated his life to serving God and His people, guided by the principles of Scripture and a deep, unwavering faith. After moving to the United States and feeling a profound call to pastoral ministry, he has been committed to shepherding the flock at Springfield Baptist Church, focusing on transformative spiritual growth, community outreach, and fostering a Christ-centered church family. Carissa Din: A Calling to Serve Carissa Din, born in Goshen, IN, and raised in Fort Wayne, IN, has walked a path of faith that led her from the heartland of America to a life of service in Pennsylvania. After moving to Pennsylvania in 2005, Carissa experienced a clear calling from the Lord to serve Him and His people through the ministry of biblical counseling. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling, Carissa has dedicated herself to guiding individuals toward healing, understanding, and growth within the light of God's Word. Her passion for serving is evident in her active role at Springfield Baptist Church and her significant contributions to the Endless Mountain Pregnancy Care Center, where she offers support and counsel to those in need. Together in Ministry Pastor Aamir and Carissa Din are a testament to the power of faith and partnership in God’s service. Together, they are a pillar of strength and guidance for the Springfield Baptist Church family, embodying the love of Christ in their ministry and personal lives. Their shared vision for a church that is deeply rooted in Scripture, committed to transforming lives, and active in community outreach drives them to pour into the lives of their church family and the broader community. A Family Rooted in Faith The Dins are blessed with three children, Sophia, Arabella, and Kundan, who share in their journey of faith and service. As a family, they navigate the challenges and joys of life, ministry, and community engagement, always striving to live out the Gospel in every aspect of their lives.
